Regal Hollywood Sarasota fills the old Maas Brothers department store building at Main Street and the Tamiami Trail. Cobb Theatres opened it in 1997; it was once the Hollywood 20 and has since been reduced to about 11 renovated screens with recliners.
Being on Main Street, it's an easy dinner-and-a-movie in downtown Sarasota.
